The Rudolf Steiner School of Geneva is urgently seeking a part-time (30%) replacement teacher of Spanish for the period from September 27 to the end of November 2024, corresponding to 6 hours of teaching in Secondary II (2e, 3e, 4e post-compulsory) :

• 3 hours on Tuesdays from 1.55pm to 5.15pm
• 3 hours on Fridays from 1:05 to 4:20 p.m.

These hours include the teaching of Spanish in an A1-A2 level group, as well as preparation for the French baccalaureate "Spanish LVB" exams (Modern Language B, level A2-B1).

Skills required:

The teacher must be able to satisfy both the desire to learn and the curiosity of students who have chosen Spanish as their second language, but must also fulfill the expectations of the French baccalaureate program in order to properly prepare and assess students taking the continuous assessment tests for the French baccalaureate.

Profile:

- Initial teacher training or Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy required.

- Language teaching experience required.
