One afternoon gardener or gardening assistant (replacement)
The Rudolf Steiner School in Geneva is urgently seeking a gardener or gardener's assistant to replace a maternity leave (expected to last 16 weeks), starting January 6, 2025.
Opening hours:
Between 20h and 24h a week in the presence of children, spread over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday afternoons).
Tasks:
For children aged 3-4, accompaniment at mealtime, naptime, free play and snack time.
Participation in after-school colleges.
Attention to detail.
Skills:
Ability to welcome and care for 3-4 year-olds according to the principles of Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy.
Ability to work in a team and give time to a self-managed school.
Ability to discuss and collaborate with parents.
Profile:
Completed or ongoing training in Steiner-Waldorf pedagogy.
Experience with children under 4 required.
