The Rudolf Steiner School in Geneva is seeking an English teacher for secondary grades I and II to begin at the start of the school year in August 2026. This is a part-time position (55%, equivalent to 11 teaching hours per week on an annualized basis). 

Tasks:

• Teaching English in high school.
• Participate in the school's pedagogical college and cycle colleges.

Skills:

• Ability to teach secondary school students according to the principles of Steiner-Waldorf education.
• Ability to prepare students for the English-language Baccalaureate exam. 
• Ability to engage in multidisciplinary, collaborative pedagogical reflection.
• Ability to work in a team and give time to a self-managed school.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with parents

Profile:

• Initial teacher training or training in the Steiner-Waldorf educational approach is required.

• Master's-level (Master II) university program in English

• Language teaching experience is strongly preferred.
