As a nonprofit organization, the school is funded entirely by tuition, membership dues, volunteer work by parents, and donations. Its mission is to welcome children from all backgrounds and cultures, without discrimination of any kind, including financial discrimination.

The ERSGE wishes to be a school open to all, without discrimination of any kind, including financial.
Families in need of financial assistance may apply for a tuition reduction by submitting an application to the Financial Aid Committee (CEF). This committee evaluates each situation on a case-by-case basis and in complete confidentiality. After reviewing the application, an interview is held with two members of the CEF to jointly agree on a fair and appropriate tuition amount that is proportional to the family’s income.
Note: Experience has shown that a fee of 14% of gross family income is a fair starting point for discussion in this interview.

The circus program fee includes: lunch + childcare before and after the circus class between 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. If the circus class is canceled, your child will be cared for in the childcare classroom.
Monthly payment, in case of modification of the registration, the current month is due.
Registration can only be changed each term.
For legal reasons, please pick up your children on time. Exceeding the time limit may result in a charge.

This is why, while ensuring the financial balance of the school, the Financial Commitment Commission (FCC) evaluates situations on a case-by-case basis. After studying a file (Schooling Assistance), an interview takes place with two members of the CEF in order to agree together on an appropriate and fair amount of schooling for both the family and the school.
