Reception is from 9am to 5pm.
As an option, you can choose an extended reception from 8am to 6pm.

All participants in the initiation must : be covered by third-party liability, health and accident insurance.

Withdrawal : We strongly advise you to take out cancellation assistance insurance. All cancellations must be made in writing, in which case the sum of 100.00CHF will be retained.

In the event of cancellation, which must be made in writing less than 20 days before the 1st day of participation (date of letter received serving as proof), the full amount paid will be retained.

In case of cancellation due to accident or illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate at the latest 5 working days before the first day of participation, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed, otherwise the entire amount paid will be retained.

A minimum of 6 participants is required for a camp to take place.

Commitment accepted by the legal representative(s)

This form must be validated by the school to be considered accepted.

In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva. Swiss law is applicable.
