REGISTRATION FOR AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS
If you have already registered your child (or children) for after-school activities through your package or through thefinancial commitment form, there is no need to fill out this form.

Fill out this form only if:

  • Would you like to edit an existing registration
  • You are enroll during the school year
 
Important: Filling out the form does not guarantee that your request will be accepted. In fact, some time slots may already be full (there may be a waiting list). Therefore, only once the relevant program coordinator (nursery or reception class) has given you their approval (via email) will the accounting department issue an invoice, and your child will be enrolled in the after-school program.
Whether you are registering for the first time for the current school year, or modifying an existing registration, it is essential that you complete this form.

From 5th through 9th grade,students have supervised study hall from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Supervised study hall allows your children to do their homework under the guidance of a teacher.

TARIFF "ACCOMPAGNEMENT CIRQUE

The “circus support” fee does not include registration for or payment of circus classes offeredby the Cirque Rustelli Confetti association. You can register for their classes by emailat info@rustelli-confetti.chor on their website:www.rustelliconfetticirque.com.

THE "CIRCUS SUPPORT" RATE INCLUDES:
-Meals +Care for your child before and after the circus classbetween 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
- If the circus class is canceled, your child will also be cared for by the daycare class.

Special remarks on his health, diet, allergies, etc.

Application for Admission

Fill out our admission form and send it to us by mail or email.

Application fee 150 chf / per child. (This payment does not constitute a commitment, it is not refundable except if the class is already full)

Upon receipt of your complete application, it is forwarded to the admissions committee, which will contact you to set up an appointment for an educational interview.

Pedagogical interview

Parents are met with their child by the homeroom teacher or tutor. If the parents agree, the student does a one to two week internship in his/her future class (no internship for kindergarten).

The course fee is 250 chf.

Once the internship is completed, the teacher contacts the family to confirm if the educational team is ready to continue the admission process and to ensure that the family is still interested.

Administrative clearance

If the admission process continues, you will be contacted by the secretariat for an administrative interview.
