The WBT will take place at the Goetheanum from January 19 to 20, 2024. After looking at the program and the "what" questions last time, the theme of the event this time is: diversity of methods - the "how" question.

Different subjects, teaching themes and age groups offer all teachers an incredible variety of methods for working with children and young people. We have now made this variety of methods and the question of "how" the theme of WBT 2024.

• Is frontal teaching still relevant?
• How do you find age-appropriate language?
• To what extent should I direct my teaching?

You'll find suggestions on these and other fascinating questions in our 24 working groups (A01-A24), which we'll be proposing on upcoming training days. This time, the working groups are divided into "basic courses", "methodology/didactics courses" and "discussion forums".

Parents are also welcome to attend the WBT's continuing education days in Dornach on January 20. This year, there is a special training course for parents, comprising three working groups:
