The conference

Michel Desmurget's talk will focus on the way screens dehumanize us and lead us to states of addiction, violence, reckless behavior ... in addition to having effects on our physical health (sleep disorders, obesity, reduced life expectancy ...), our mental health (aggressiveness, risk behaviors, depression ...) and our cognitive abilities (attention disorders, memorization, impoverishment of language ...)

With parents, he will also address the issue of early exposure (before age 6) and open the debate on the value of "holding on" at any age.
